Howrse players,look here. RULES! Read it.

As many of you know, I play Howrse. I play both on the competitive level and are part of Creation Space.
Yes,I play on International Server. If you have missed it, here is the reason for this somewhat annoyed and peeved journal:

For a while ago,one of my old coats was stolen from my DA account and uploaded as art on Howrse. That said art became official coat and it took me nearly a WEEK to make the admins of Howrse to take it down.  Shortly after that, I saw some other art of mine be used (this time it was my photos on layouts... ) without credit and most of all: those photos were not stock photos.  In short: some of you feel really free to use anything without proper permission. After another joyful ride of explaining to those users why they had to take down their layouts they ordered from someone (and reporting those who refused), I have decided to do this small... warning journal. Read this. And make sure to follow this. 


If I haven't been clear before what you can do and cannot do with my art, here is a small reminder:

*You may NOT use my art as your own. You are not allowed to trace, cut out existing art, use old art I made, remake coats that I have made from scratch, claim anything I have made in the past or now or future as your own. In short, anything I do is MINE. 

*I am actively playing the game. This means I SEE what you are doing. If I see my art being used in CS again,I will make sure it is taken down one or other way. It doesn't matter with the server you are posting it from, I will be able to see it anyway. And remember there are people who look out for stolen art as well (kudos to those who work to take down stolen things! you guys rock!). If they recognize ANY of my old coats, I will be notified. From now on I will be uploading a preview of with coats are submitted next round and any coat that is not shown on that preview should be REPORTED. And don't worry they will be. 

Basically: HANDS OFF MY ART. You want to send in a coat to Howrse, do it YOURSELF. If you have time to search through someone's gallery to find a pretty thing to use as your own, you have time to learn how to draw and do one yourself. NO EXCUSES. I don't care if you are eight or ten or your hand is broken, if I see you stealing my art I won't be nice about how I make you or the admins take it down. 

This is the last warning you get.
